Serves 6-8

6 C new potatoes (cubed)

3 cloves garlic (minced/pressed)

1 C green onions (minced)

¼ C EVOO

2 T balsamic

2 t fresh rosemary (chopped)

salt/pepper

Boil potatoes in salted water until tender (about 5 min). Drain and set aside. Combine other ingredients in large bowl. Add cooked taters and stir to coat. Chill about 3 hours before serving.
